We take great care building our reports. Each report we produce is a result of thorough market research, and is compliant with USPAP rules. Additionally, we ensure that our reports are user-friendly.

Summary Appraisal Report

Following an in-person inspection of the assets, a Summary Appraisal Report will include details of each asset, including its value, description, condition, technical specifications, and photographs.

Desktop Opinion of Value Report

A Desktop Opinion of Value report does not include a physical on-site inspection of the assets, we work off the information provided by the client. As such, a Desktop Opinion Report should not be viewed as an Appraisal Report, but rather be used as a basis to determine the need for an Appraisal.
